'Borrowed' an idea from Stomper on here and tried it myself , dont have anything in it yet ,used Maglight 2AA size , LED on keyring. I used some wierd metal capper I bought at the hardware store . used epoxy , it's airtight and waterproof. Only one end opens though ... Still sort of pleased with the results , what do you guys think ?

Glad to see someone trying it out. It`s a cheap alternative to the real capsules, but they still look good, and they work.

Another option is to machine endcaps out of delrin and use whatever critter you want. I've got a Peak LED body that works this way. .
