What do you all think --

looks very nice. i'm assuming the recesses in the handle are only from one side?? do you have any measurements of depth?? i definately like the recesses better than all the holes in the previous blade. any pics of the spine to tip transition/taper??

Both handles can be removed and they are "through" holes. I don't have any pics, but the taper doesn't start until about where the swedge starts.
 
i see now. couldn't quite tell from the pics. thanks for the info. seems like it would perfom well.
 
If the design takes off, there will definitely be varients down the road, including some longer versions. :D
