None of the above. Actually, I note, upon closer examination that it is "63". I"ll attempt to include a pic, though failure in this endeavor is more frequent than success.

[/IMG] it has only the two arabic numerals "63". I know that the link is not viable but do not know why? It is the same link as in PSJJR message of 10-17-06 at 4:48 P.M. which works.

I think I understand that you have both of the newly released 901's. The 901 with the stacked masonite handle is a replica of the 1966 ribbon cutting scimitar, it's a Limited Edition of 1000 pieces. The other 901 has a black micarta handle and is a numbered Limited Edition. These may have been produced for a large Buck Knife distributor. The final number may not have been determined, and the final number may be determined by how well they sell. If you have #53, you know that they were not limited to 50 pieces.
