This is my pocket dump for today, but it's pretty representative of my EDC, with minor day to day variations (pens and flashlight are most likely to change). Most of this stuff is inexpensive and relatively easy to replace (I've been poor for the last few years, so I haven't had money for much fancy new gear). There's also a lot of redundancy (multiple knives, flashlight, and firestarters).
Lower Left:
A Sierra brand flashlight. Very light and slim, and throws out a lot of light for 2 AAA batteries.
A Casio watch. Nothing fancy, but given the rough jobs I've been involved in, I don't want to trash a nice watch.
A Bucklite Max (made by Buck Knives). A great knife for the price.
Leatherman KICK multitool. Very useful, but light and slim. Cheap enough that I won't cry if it's lost or stolen.
Lower Right:
An LG phone. The fanciest feature it has is a small keyboard that pops out.
Homemade Denim Wallet. It's much slimmer and easier to carry than any other wallet I've ever used. I cut up a pair of jeans for some nice denim shorts and used some fabric from the cutoff legs to make the wallet.
Fresnel Lens (inside wallet): This is used as a magnifying glass and to start fires.
Assortment of Pens: Today I've got a Zebra F-402 and F-301, a Pilot G2, and a Sharpie.
Top:
Keychain (contains the following tools): SwissTech Utili-Key, Peanut Lighter, Victorinox Classic SD, Photon Microlight, and a handcuff key (not because I'm a cop or a crook, but because I know some naughty girls

Victorinox Huntsman (with pill fob): One of my all-time favorite pocketknives.
Pill Fob (attached to Hunstman): Carries some antacid tablets, foam earplugs, and either breath mints or chewing gum.
Not Pictured:
Sony Cybershot: This is the camera I used to take the picture.
