Well always carry my wallet, iphone, keys. As far as blades at work I always carry my little gerber. The should pay me a royalty because my friends saw it & I know 5 guys that went out & bought the same one:

when outside of work it's either usually my David Farmer custom. It's the sharpest knife I own:

I love all my esee blades, but I reserve them for other duties, besides edc, though any one of them would also fit the bill:thumbup:
 
Those little gerbers are super handy when you don't want to booger up your good blade on something. I own 5 of them. :thumbup:

I carry my izula around my neck and a benchmade 154cm tanto griptilian in my pocket, im not allowed to carry a gun at work so my Kahr mk9 stays in the truck during the day, but is otherwise inside my belt...
 
As a Canuck, I'm floored to hear how many folks on the forum carry handguns with them.

My friends and colleagues think I'm a nut because I have a Sypderco Kopa in my pocket on workdays and an Kershaw OD-1 flipper on the weekends.

Thank god I don't live in the US, or I'd have an expensive gun hobby. I can get a lot of knives for the price of a Kimber Gold Combat.

I cycle my rotation of knives and guns, but the ones that seem to keep appearing include Spyderco's Military, the Benchmade RSK Mk1, all the usual ESEE suspects (3, 4, HEST, Izula), and the Ruger LCP.

If you haven't held an LCP, or fired one, you're missing out. I love the little thing. It's light, it's concealable, it's reliable, it fits my medium-to-large hands surprisingly well, and it's amazingly accurate and point-able for such a small firearm. Ruger hit the nail on the head with this one, in my opinion.

Other than that, in my pockets you can find a Vic Farmer, a SureFire E2D Defender or E2L Outdoorsman, Leather Micra, and the usual other odds and ends.

It works for me.

I carry a HEST with a Gerber Infinity light strapped to the sheath on work days, along with the typical work related items. The HEST just sets in my left front cargo pants pocket for now. It actually works pretty well that way. Unfortunately, a personal cell phone and a work Black Berry are usually iradiating my hip. I'm still trying to figure out a way to carry some basic supplies and figure out what supplies I should carry. Take care.

On my person, trousers: Wallet, keyring with keys and a useful-for-many-things-shaped bottle opener on it, presentable lighter, linen handkerchief, small phone (most of the time), reasonably robust folding knife w/ pocket clip (love the large Buck Vantage Pro). Waterproof automatic watch on my wrist, golden crucifix around my neck.

In my jacket: Two packets of cigarettes, backup lighter, ball pen, a tiny flashlight and spare battery, tissues or another handkerchief, often a plastic shopping bag, a smaller knife (normally a standard size vic with can opener and corkscrew, sometimes an olive wood handled Opinel No.8).
