Two of the lights in my jacket are UV lights (the Arc AAA and the Aleph 19) and the Aleph is mostly there as a kubaton/spare battery carrier/counterweight 
The black ultrafire is not a flashlight, but a green laser.
The two main lights complement each other, one is pure flood and the other has some throw. The Arc AAA DS on my keychain is my backup light and the tiny Lummi Wee (also on my keychain) is mostly there because it's cool. The Wee also has two tritium vials so my keychain is visible in the dark.
The Fenix P3D in my jacket is a spare battery carrier more than a backup light. It also has a strobe option which has already been successfully used at a party
