What Do You Choose?

The zombie apocalypse strikes and you are unprepared. You didn't stock up on ammo, so you have none. You sent in your large fixed blade and machete for sharpening and never got them back. You have 30 seconds to grab a FOLDING knife before the dead heads are upon you. Which do you choose? Why? Pics are always welcome :)

Honestly if only one (gross premise by the way) knife, to hold me over till some point in the future when I can upgun, probably my Shiro 110 knockoff, it's got a fuller, Axis lockoff, and a 4" blade, I don't have anything comparable for brain-popping.

Well, assuming I can't get to my "other" machete or large fixed blades, I'm opting for the clipped point code4. Because there is a lot of presumable stabbing and twisting involved in stopping zombies, and that is where the triad lock (and clipped point) will excell over the others.

*I may have even bought with zombies specifically in mind subconsciously.

Only one right way to answer this question, as far as I'm concerned.
If I can't take the top, I'll take the bottom.

Yeah, I know, that's what she said.

If you are really interested in seeing what people would want please do a forum search on "SHTF knife"

Since there are no zombies, I have plenty of ammo on hand and I can sharpen all my knives, I think I'd grab the same knife I use to fight off the Easter Bunny and Santa Claus.

HAHAHA thought the EXACT SAME KNIFE instantly after reading the OP's post.
I'll pick my Rajah II as well.

Love mine.

As my Main Man MacGyver says :
"My Jeep went over a cliff, I died ... and went to Thanksgiving?" - MacGyver (The Outsiders)

. . . er . . .well . . . he was a little dazed when he said that but here's another one . . .

"I've found from past experiences that the tighter your plan, the more likely you are to run into something unpredictable." - MacGyver (The Heist)

"The bag's not for what I take, Colson - it's for what I find along the way." MacGyver (Pilot)

Even Murdoc learned to keep his butt puckered around Mac.
"You know, MacGyver, that's why you're so hard to beat. Nobody knows what you're going to do next. Including you." - Murdoc (Halloween Knights)

and having studied under the masters Shaun and Adam , I must confess, a box of record albums are never far away.

There are some situations where you just have to be "tactical" . . . the best laid strategies of The Mice and all that (see Douglas Adams) .

well i for one would grab my tactical nuke and my flamethrowing chainsaw. i would grab my benchmade 910 stryker

Spyderco military or cs code 4 tanto. Or my kabar zk knife that has built in zombie repellent.

Well since it takes me 32 seconds to draw my Kahr, I'll grab the small Sebenza from my pocket and temple strike the incoming zombies. Clear the immediate area of Zeds, so I can find the time to draw my 9 millimeter.

But oh no! I didn't stock up on ammo and have two empty mags!

The Sebenza will have to do for the undead I guess

.....JK dead and turning in a few minutes or hours. Run guys. I'm fast even while zombiefied.
