Almost any knife can perform almost all knife cutting chores.
In the knife world with so many available its OK to narrow down the focus in critiquing a knife.
The OP asked a question and wanted opinions.
The Centofante is a lighter duty knife to me...especially when I carry a ZT around.
Not knocking the knife...I'm a huge Spydie fan...just think this knife is BETTER for light duty gentleman knife apps.
