What do you guys think

Caly III ZDP CF It's at the top of my short list.

Anyway, as far as Carbon Fiber goes, I have a knife with CF handles that has been EDCed for over 6 years, and has been dropped multiple times, and even had chips out of the CF. It is not splintering, or fraying, or delaminating in the least. It is still quite comfortable to the touch, and I have no fear of it shedding shards or splinters into my skin. It is contoured, with no flat shiny parts, and has been finished to a semi-shiny texture that is grippy, and not easily scratched. Still looks great! Microtech LCC D/A, by the way.

I'd personally go w/ the Cyclone, but Kershaw's are more prefered by me. Hope ya enjoy w/e you chose to get! Cheers.

Difficult decision. I went with the Cyclone because I wanted a Ti framelock which my collection had been missing, have already several CF models but the Caly is one of my all-time favorites. So it is still very high on my list. Wouldn't worry about the CF delaminating.

Can't go wrong either way.

I have both. The Kershaw is nice. The Spyderco Caly 3 is a step up in quality IMO. Smoother, sharper, the Assisted opener on Kershaws can be smooth or clunky, the caly 3 is super slick. Did I say the Caly 3 is REAL sharp?

If you can buy both though. Joe
