What do you keep your knives in when not using?

Do you guys use cases to hold your knives and protect them? If so, what's the standard or a quality case? I was thinking of something with lots of individual pockets that can be wrapped up in blanket fashon.

Other ideas welcome..

Hawk...to find some that you roll up "in blanket fashion", go to ebay and search "knife roll"...you'll find many.....

I use Bill's Custom Cases. They are very high quality cases, and I highly recommend them.
