What do YOU look like?

Here is a pic of me, I hope it don't scare the children.

Well, Craig. At least now I've got something to tape onto the front door, come Halloween to scare the kids off! :p :D

This one needs to come back, we need more pics of who we are talking to. It is always fun to finally put a face to a name or a voice. Sometimes good and sometimes bad, well, that only works with women. Right!

Well, this is what I looked like in a hot air balloon a few thousand feet above Lake Tahoe. Picture was taken in July. I don't like heights or the sun, so I do not appear as my best fun-loving self, but the picture was available, and they don't permit you to take pictures at the blackjack tables in the casinos, where I am my fun-loving self.

Don, I always pictured you as wearing a watermelon helmet to go with the cat's headpiece in your avatar.

Best Regards,

STeven Garsson

Calvin Cooledge is on the Left, Jerry Hossum on the right and Mark Williams in the back. (at least that is his hat). That is me in the middle.

Looks like Jerry's passing out folders like it was Halloween candy. I'd be happy too!

Cool shot. Thanks.

Jerry did have a couple of prototype folders up there a couple of weeks ago (Trackrock Hammerin that Carl and Mark put on.).

Now those of us who know Calvin, know that he has been collecting knives longer than dirt has been around. He is one of the nicest and most giving people I have met in my life. Not to mention he lives about a mile or so from me and we have become good friends.

To make a long story short. Jerry's folders were a hit and I am betting they will be very successful. Great handles and the blade "tells ya" immediately that Jerry made it. He shows the big one to one of the makers up there (I won't spill the beans, but it was not Kit or me :)) and it got dropped on the gravel.

About 10 min. later he shows the smaller one (the one in Calvin's hand) to Calvin and he drops it on the gravel. At this point Jerry is probably thinking "I better get out of here and head back home, these bozos have no business being around anthing resembling sharp " :), since Calvin is the last person in the world that you would think could let a knife slip. Keep in mind these handles are very well designed and made for retention.

All is well that ends well. Jerry got the knives cleaned up without too much trouble and he (as well as I) have enough ammo to give Calvin grief for at least 20 years or so :D.

I know the next time Calvin comes over he will be looking at knives over a pillow!!!!.

P.S. Kit shot this picture.

FWIW, The hair's a lot shorter, I cut off the ponytail because it kept gettin' tangled ridin' the bike.

He he he! Looks like he dropped it right AFTER he nipped the tip of his thumb off...! I know Calvin well enough to give him a hard time. :)

I got moved up to the upper management level and had to start wearing a tie. :)

Bailey, you're one of my favorite people. It's nice to see knife makers smiling in photos :). Wish I lived closer to you bud...
