I am looking for a key chain knife, probably one of the Victorinox SAK's.

I am interested in seeing what you all recommend and use for a key chain knife

Blessed is he who in the name of charity and goodwill shepards the weak through the valley of darkness, for he is truly his brothers keeper and the finder of lost children, and I will stike down upon the with great vengance and furious anger those who attempt to poison and destroy my brothers, and you will know my name is the Lord when I lay my vengance upon the.

CS Tuf-Lite Clip Point

It's been on my keyring for about a month now, has been used daily, and is showing no signs of wear.

Got 'ta love it!!!

I carry a Leatherman Micra also. The Spyderco Ladybug is also a great keychain knife as is the Gerber LST and the AL Mar Mini SERE which is aluminum with a thumbstud.
The Victorinow Mini Champ is another great keychain knife. Finally don't forget Cold Steel Tuff Lites which come in clip point and tanto.

Leatherman Micra. You dont even know its there until you need it and it works great.

Leatherman Mini Tool!!!
Full size pliers in a size smaller than a Zippo lighter. Gets you out of REAL trouble...

You should at least look at the Swisstech Utilikey.

It looks almost like a key when closed, has a small knife blade, two small screw drivers, Phillips driver, and a bottle opener.

I've used a Spyderco Ladybug, and a Swisstech Utilitykey. Nobody ever notices the Utilitykey.

Blades

I actually like the cheap Micra knockoffs, (like made by Coast, etc) because they have a small pliers instead of the scissors. In my life there are very few things worth cutting that I cannot cut with a knife vs. a tiny scissors, and mini pliers are always handy.

For a SAK, I have a Victorinox Executive on my keyring. Every now & then a Spyderco Dragonfly makes its way onto the ring instead.

You could consider a small fixed blade too.
A couple people on the forums have the Perrin keychain La Griffe, which is very tasteful. You could do the same with the Running Dog "Little Pup" or with something by Sean Perkins.

Wow, coincidence.

I've got a Micra and a Photon II (blue, shoulda got red), too. Sebertools are also interesting.

Anyone care to report on the Swiss-Tech Utilikey UST? Is that knife blade any good?

I've got the infamous Micra/Photon II (white) combo, too. Lost my keys last week, and my friends all found it highly amusing that the leatherman and photon were the things I actively sought replacements for, the keys being something of an afterthought.

Victorinox Rambler. It's the size of a Classic but ALSO has a small phillips head screwdriver and a bottle-cap lifter. Huge if you happen to like beers that don't come with twist-off caps. I.E. GOOD beers! :-)
