What do you think about 'the Titanium' as material for knife?

Titanium is also non-magnetic. Knives with titanium blades are marketed towards EOD work for that purpose.

BTW, Raidops is a relatively new maker here in South Korea. He is too modest to talk much about himself, but he is doing some very cool tactical knives and pry bar-type stuff. His site is www.raidops.com.

What are titanium's advantages over steel (or other metals, aluminum, brass etc.) for things such as liners, bolsters, handles, framelocks, pocket clips, and screws?

Titanium does not work well at all in applications like screws. The stuff can't hold threads like steel, and will strip out with the slightest torque. Most guys that thread steel screws into titanium liners can't screw them in tight, and rely on epoxy/locktite to keep the screws from coming loose. I consider this a lousy idea (I'd prefer to use a steel nut in there) and the industry has even had to invent a new term because of it. "Ass wag".
