It's current position is absolutely random as that was a good spot where i could drill a hole in that wrecked Ti scale

I intend to make a small loop at the tip of the shaft to prevent sticking or grabbing on pants.

One screw clips tend to twist/roam, is there a "stop"?
Looks a bit pokey, for pockets, and fingers.
Maybe a thicker machined rod??

I think it was Steven65 that suggested a threaded on ball or “egg” attached to the end. It would be nice to see that and just have the wire flat. The ball on the end would be big enough to give you clearance between the scale and the clip.

I would just buy a bunch of wireclips and do the little recesses with the usual single screw.

Wireclips look great with titanium and they are my preferred carry.
