What do you think of the spyderco police3 ? Is it unpopular?

I got one and the first impression I got was this thing is heavy, at least when compared to my millie.

You do get a thinner, more elongated package with it. The blade length made me think it should be thicker, but it turned out to be a very good slicer. Ergo's were nice, but not exceptional.

Things I would like to see changed:

Nest the liners, make it even thinner if possible. Enlarge the round hole. VG-10 steel is fine. The reinforced point didn't bother me as much as it does some.
 
I own one and carry it in my rotation. As stated already, the thinness of the knife makes it carry somewhat easily and there is plenty of handle room for various grips. For some reason though, the opening radius seems larger than my Militarys. I feel like I have to choke up more in order the keep my tnumb in the Spyder Hole throughout the opening radius or it feels like I'm stretching my thumb out more.

I was thinking pure nastiness with this project. Zero utility value. It won't get much carry but it looks bitchin :D
