What do you use for stropping your Busse knives?

Hand American now carries wet/dry SiC paper from 100 to 2500 grit in plain and PSA-backed. Prices are about the best I've found, too .

Try Wal-Mart or an automotive store. Check in the paint section.
My local Wal-Mart carries up to 2000 grit.

I get my 1000 and 1500 and 2000 grit from the local Pep Boys auto parts store, on the auto body repair aisle.

So you might try an auto parts store or an auto body repair or auto paint shop.
