What do you use your Busse Muk for?

Just got my first Busse and it is a Muk. Now that I have it, I'm not sure what to do with it. I find the handle to be a bit on the large side compared to the blade. Wish the handle was about 25% smaller and maybe more contoured for a $350 (going rate) knife. So what do you do with this knife?

First and foremost, my Muk is going to be a skinning knife. I love the balance on this thing. I also like the handle, which I do not find to be too large at all.

I mostly look at it... she's just so purty! I can't bring myself to use her.... yet. But then again, it isn't hunting season.... yet.

here in a couple of months, with luck it'll be dressing out small and large game.
