Most frequently used is the little A.G. Russell Bird & Trout around my neck. I get lots of mail, for myself and the vol. fire dept. For letters, boxes, packages, opening plastic bags, etc., that's the tool. Yes, it cleans fingernails, slices cheese, sharpens pencils, trims threads, and does a great many other small chores.
The Leatherman PSTII on my left side has does MANY things, but its half-serrated blade is probably used most often to cut the plastic cable ties we use to hang tags at work.
The Blackjack Lightweight Folding Mamba in my right front pocket is handy when I want something a tad more durable than the B&T. It will cut rope, whittle a stake, or do just about any medium/small knife chore. Once in a while this may even include dressing game.
My single edged 440C Bowen Survivor belt buckle have been with me since the 70's. They edge actually sees less use than the caplifter feature. (Don't buy the double edged model; you want something that can open a bottle of microbrew.) The Bowen is in its fourth belt, a custom "Beltster by Bandera Leather (durable belt, and I can carry a 1911 in crossdraw or strongside carry).
I've carried various knives in that RF pocket, but the rest are pretty well fixed. Benchmade Reflex (I'm sure I only imagined that; knives with pushbuttons and springs are ba-a-aad, Ba-a-a-a-dd.), Spyderco Rescue, S&W Rescue model, other pocketknives when I had a Lakota Li'l Hawk on my belt.
Right now, I'm waiting to see the Busse folder, and watching to see if the Buck Strider comes out in a different point shape. If CRKT makes their commemorative "K.I.S.S. my A$$" knive, that will be on the list.
Happy Carrying.
