What do you use your edc knife for?

Without a doubt! If cutting a potato skin with a plastic fork is annoying, could you imagine doing it in the dark? :D
 
90% is just packaging material to open, the other 10% is an assortment of stuff... Mostly trimming jobs or food prep.
 
Without going into too much work jargon:

Cutting rope and cord
Scraping bindicators
Cutting down caution tape
Screwdriver (I know, I know... I still don't care)
Breaking down boxes
Cutting silk filter cloths
Prying staples
Using as a lever to open doors on machinery

:)

Eta: I also carry a flashlight everywhere I go now, there is nothing scarier than being at the back of the warehouse or out in the plant when the lights go out... Instant horror movie :thumbdn:

A little of this,a little of that...or to be more specific:

Open mail.
Open food packages.
Cut up food (when I say frig it and don't wanna go get a kitchen knife)
Open various packages/boxes et cetera.
Trim loose threads.
Sew (yes I sew and I'm a guy so what?)

And a dozen other things,knives are very useful to have handy in a pocket.
