I think Para is actually standing on the 5th Amendment to the Constitution of the United States which reads in part:

Amendment [V.]

No person ... shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law....

Just beware, they may give you the "process".

Now for the knife content.

I use my knife for:
1) Cutting, hacking, or otherwise separating materials

2) As a hammer (fixed blades only - sometimes the back of the blade or the butt cap work well)

3) As a paper weight

Mostly item 1.

Well, mainly as "trading fodder", so I have an excuse to go down to the Post Office to oggle all the pretty women there...

I could say I decline to answer based on my right not to be compelled to tell the truth, but the truth is that I use them both. Either mechanism makes my blade release fast enough and gives me total satisfaction. Although I find the hole is easier to use. Studs can be irritating to handle too much.

Well in the last few days I have been removing the recall tires from Explorers(mostly). Once that is done, each tire has to be cut. So I've cut about 150 tires myself, my Endura has cut probably 450 tires all together.
