That's a good question; I've heard that kydex is real picky about bonding with various glues but I have no experience with it.

The one time I've done it, I believe I used spray contact cement for upholstery.

In all seriousness, I have used Barge Cement with some success but I backed it up with rivets.

Bruce, No bull intended or drool. Its some pretty sticky stuff. As far as I know its what Mr. Goo has used instead of epoxy for several years.
