What do you want to see next?

Badger Attack Tac!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If it is anything like the old display models it is going to be awesome! A
0.150" thick SP model, similar to the SP NARK, could be the ultimate Busse.
Then put a clip point on that sucker! I would have to have them all.

I want to see Busse build a SALT water knife... well
him or anyone else willing.

Please dont respond with " these are good" cuz most are junk....or Nippendendo,, or worse.

Jerry.
GitRdun... ;)

Not too big
Not too thick
MAJORLY salt water resistant
Maybe an LED dot or glow in the drunk.. I mean dark.. handle or escutchions.

It doesn't have to be as hard as a ministers pecker either.
It's for diving and cutting squid..NOT ripping open the sides of Iraqi, Afghani or Palestinian NooKuelaRr submarines :D

HIGH POLISH too.
There is only so many navy seals and UDT guys in the world (contrary to what these forum members think)

Name it : "The Busse Salt Water Solution"

BUSSE COMBAT
"SWS"

Perzzzian Gulf Aqua/oil/ mud finish colors : add $45 ;)

That sounds "tactical" enough that even a dipstick from Utah or Oklahoma would order a few..:D

Offer two styles ,std and tanto, for the oyster and scallop divers.. all 4 of them

With an abbreviation like that, it should be called "The Schwizzle Stick"

Rick - voting for the Badger Attack TAC, again (sans those corrugated groove thingys so we can get satin finished versions)

I'd like to see the folder and the FBM. I think that pigs flying over my rooftop is more likely though.=-)

Is it possible that the demand for the FBM is so great that Jerry can't offer it? If he were to offer it for sale, there could be an avalanche of orders, and leave him stuck for months filling orders. Maybe the answer would be to figure out how many he could make in two months, and then sell no more than that number.

You might be surprised. Certainly they go elsewhere for their fun, but....

As I understand it, INFI isn't really ideal for this application. Sure, it has relatively low iron content, but Stellite, Talonite, etc. are much better suited for use in a saltwater environment.

I would love to see what a Busse dive knife looked like, though.

Rick - open to just about anything that has a blade

This might would work if everyone would just order ONE but some of these HOGS are going to order 5-20 of them. And if they knew there were only a limited number of them they would order more than that. Alot of people would be left with none. That wouldn't be cool.

Yes, that explanation brings tears to my eyes. Sorry, Jerry if we are going to order too much. Please forgive us. :D

If I were in Jerry's place, I wouldn't want to be stuck making the same knife over and over again. I'd want to enjoy my success and make the knives that I want to make.

That said, Jerry, how about a khukri, or maybe a boar hunter? You could call them the American Khukri 74, or AK-74, and the Pork Belly Sticker.

Himalayan Imports offers an "if you can break it, we'll give you two," guarantee on their Chiruwa Ang Khola. I bet they'd be up for a head-to-head torture test. It might be a lot of fun.

HOGFBMLE w/ mags slabs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But I would also take a FBMLE with regular slabs or mag slabs. Please let there be a satin and or double cut FBM offering.

I could not have said it any better then this. :D

I really liked the battle bolo. Someting with a recurve. Have there been any regular production busses with recurves? a FBM sized blade with a recurve would be awesome! Not quite as extreme as a khukri.

I'd go for a bolo. But wouldn't an 18" long 7/16" thick khuk really catch your attention? It would certainly be the new answer to the question, "I'm looking for a big chopper, any ideas?"

Gee, how many hogs just did that in the extraveganza. I could have, but I didn't. I put mine in order of priority and only asked for one. I was early enough that I probably could have taken several of many models, but I didn't so others could. Anyway, if the rules allowed it then so be it.

As for regular production I don't think it's an issue. The HOFSH was popular and everyone that originally ordered got them and then some as the shop had them as well, so we should be more than fine with the FBM.
