Better yet put some fish and water in it...live aquarium!

I still stand by my idea of making some simple lanyard beads or lanyard pins out of the moon glow! Maybe a moonglow back spacer? :thumbup:
 
well before this thread gets out of hand and people start asking if i can make a scale that takes out the trash, im going to pick from the ideas here.

im out of town till tuesday so when i get back ill make the scale and choose a winner. ill get my wife to randomly choose a number from 2 to 21 excluding my numbers and the second number of people who posted twice. winner gets her.
 
Damn, I was just going to say a ghost green one, with maybe a glow stripe on it similar to your awesome black and orange one.


In it or not, I still think that would be sweet.
 
i think its going to be a cf scale with a machined pattern with glow inserts, i may checker it or leave it smooth the whole with a moonglow backspacer ;)
 
sorry dnullify, i was going to add blue but i dont have any on hand. and since this project is going to cost me i didnt want to make a materials order just for one piece of g-10....

next time.
 
How about the CF with cycles cut into the scale with a moon glow scale underneath. That will show circles of moon glow and you will have the spacer as well.
Also, I should be on the list since I made a good suggestion. Not a fish tank scale suggestion or one that send out a beacon signal or anything crazy.
 
How about rattlesnake skin inlayed into a seb scale (mnandi would be super cool!) :D
(btw- I know you are looking to make something CF,G10, Micarta as opposed to modifying something that is already existing. Just thought it would look cool)
I would do it myself, but I have far too many projects in the works as it is...
 
What about overlays?

I think you would either have to make new screws, or modify the overlay.

This would allow you to add grip to the knife without really modifying it at all. Kinda like 1911 handles.
 
well ive cutout the scale and milled in the pattern. it looks freaky cool!

im just waiting on my resin mix to arrive before i progress with the back spacer and glow inserts... more to follow.

What pattern are you following, Peter? Regular, Classic, 21?
