What does the 103 signify?

I have an Endura and a Dyad with "103" on the blades. What does that mean?

The first 200 of any variation of Spyderco is numbered and goes to the Collector's Club. Whoever "103" is didn't want those two I guess. Usually the numbers 201-1000 exist also and they get sold to the general public.
