What does this marking mean?

Hi guys, new guy here. Can someone tell me what this triangle and number marking means on the Ricasso of by new Ruike fixed blade F118G. Can’t imagine that’s the angle to which the blade is sharpened.

That's the manufacturing date I believe, I remember Jake on CCE talking about how to read these in one of his videos.

Shapes the year numbers the month if I remember correctly
