What does your kit weigh?

I have a rule that I never carry more than 25% of my body weight. No health problems, but it can really wear you out over the course of a few days (or even one day if you're going up and down terrain). This is using moderate temperature (above 50 degrees F). I'll have more gear in temperatures below about 40 degrees F.
Overnight trip: Victorinox Rucksack; whistle; 2' X 2' sheet of aluminum foil; one filled 1-quart canteen; sleeping bag; cell phone; emergency poncho; basic first aid kit. Total weight: 6 pounds.
Weekend trip: Leatherman Blast; whistle; basic first aid kit; cell phone; two filled one-quart canteens; canteen cup and heater; sleeping bag; slingshot and ammunition; two Pay Bay bars; emergency poncho. Total weight: 8.5 pounds.
Five-day trip: Leatherman Blast; Ontario SP8; whistle; sleeping bag; two filled one-quart canteens with the accressories mentioned above; emergency poncho; 100 feet of 550 cord; mouse trap (VERY handy); slingshot and ammunition; two Pay Day bars; two Snickers bars; five Amino Vital packets. Total weight: 11 pounds.

Depends on the season, after all, I'm in the desert. Right about now and for another two or three months, I can get away with about a 20lb. load that's good for 1 day to 1 week(pushing it a little and assuming I shoot a some of my own food). Come summer time though, that same 20lbs is only good for a day since 8lb.+ becomes water. Anything longer than a day in the summer and I'm no longer on foot and the truck gets stocked with an extra 5 gallons on top of the 5 I normally carry(for the vehicle, but safe for drinking).
