What ever happened to the w&ss sheath?

Anybody know what ever happened to the sheath that was going to be paired up with some survival gear and possibly a rat cutlery knife? I noticed it wasn't stickyed anymore a while ago, and haven't heard anything about it lately. Did the idea get completely scraped?
