What ever happened to the w&ss sheath?

Anybody know what ever happened to the sheath that was going to be paired up with some survival gear and possibly a rat cutlery knife? I noticed it wasn't stickyed anymore a while ago, and haven't heard anything about it lately. Did the idea get completely scraped?
 
It's currently on hold pending availability of some items, then we will resticky the thread whn it's back up and running.
