What filet knife to buy?

I would check Ragnars for some of the Finnish blades.

You should be able to find these other places as well. For the price these are great knives. Ragnar will also reply accurately with any questions about the blades.

I personally like the Jarvenpaa filet and the Wood Jewel fishing knife.
 
I don't remember the exact price of the IJ, I'm sure it was $40 or under.
It is a very lightweight, thin knife.
Sort of a gentleman's fillet if you will.
