You're still a young guy Chuck, plenty of time to ditch the Jim Jones Glock koolaide.

You know you want to. Plastic doesn't feel right. The finger ridges don't even fit Austrian hands and they point terribly.

Come back to the metal side, the right side.

I carried 1911s, S&Ws , and wheel guns before I drank the koolaide. Ice makes its better. Never looked back. Still occationally carry a J frame.

Someone say Glock ??? I had a G17 before most in the US had heard of them (smooth frame with no serial number except the slide and barrel) ....I still do... :D This one is a little newer..

Nice collection of iron,fellas. I see alot of 686's , I had a 586 4", the blue on that gun was awesome . I miss my nickel python 4" too. These days my hand gun of choice is without a doubt my stainless 92 ......thats a lead slingin machine.I' ve owned 5 or 6 92's over the last 15 years and played with em a little in the ARMY and ive never ......ever.....seen one not go bang when when the trigger was pulled. I out shot everyone in my concealed carry class with a 92 and even let a guy use her to qualify when his glock 19 went ballistic on him (pun intended). No need for a pic as Rob has got me covered.

They're so boxy and unergonomic, yup, perfect pistol :rolleyes:

Oh, you know my friend who carries a 26 every day, he used to think they were 100% no problems, go through anything too. Then it light striked on him. I couldn't stop laughing for hours :D
 
For woods my Ruger GP 100 and Meaner Street
For town my Springfield Armory XD 9 sub compact and Active Duty.
