What handle material is best on the mill?

Hi folks,what handle material performs best on the mill? I'm primarily thinking of micarta and G-10, but I'm open to other suggestions. I'm also curious about feeds & speeds.

All plastics/composites machine easily on the mill. Max out your RPMS and you can feed at a high rate, too.

Yes, but it's not particularly pleasant. Hard on cutters, irritating dust, etc.
