What handle material would you like to see the custom shop offer? I'd really like to see some nice curly maple and burled walnut.

Those two would have me all over another custom.

Those sound good. Ironwood and Bocote would also be nice. I would also like to see macassor ebony as an option...now that would be old school.

Another thing that would be very cool would be a two inlay rivet option.

What I'd like to see is for the CS to put a photo of the scales available for your knife. That way you see what your going to get and there are no unhappy customers when they open their custom shop knife.

Here is why I said this. The last CS knives I ordered were two 112's, a S30V Rams horn that is just super and I love it. The second is a costly Sambar stag with S30V, I asked for it to be gnarly bumpy stag with dark brown coloration. The stag that came on it has no bumps and looks no different than many of the Elk stag handled knives I have. The cost of the Sambar scales was $144, I could have had Elk scale for half that. Don't get me wrong the knife is perfect, it was just not what I thought I was paying for. As they say "A Picture Is Worth A Thousand Words".

A 110 with Bamboo scales...not sanded & shaped, but left naturally knarly...with at least two "joints" or whatever they're called on each scale...

That would be different... :)

(I bet Scott can whip up a pic of one) :D

Although it has a long history with Buck 110s, surprisingly macassar ebony is not an option. I love a good piece of macassar.

Yep and Ruger is a really nice piece. I seem to have a Browning infatuation so I have basically the same thing. Its tough on the ole shell backs.
