what handle pattern appeals most to you?

I like big stockmans... cattle king sized. My other favorite is one I haven't seen mentioned yet... Dr. pattern with spatula.:D

I'm quite taken with the moose, but even so my favorites right now are the whittler, congress and soddie.

Not to go off topic, but does that spatula blade actually serve you in the office? BTW, I like that design too.

Not to get too far off topic, and at the risk of sounding dumb, this is the second time this pattern has been mentioned in this thread, and I don't think I've ever heard of it before. What are they? Can someone post a pic please?

(I feel ridiculous saying anything about knives to you. I am probably about to say something completely wrong--and if you (or anyone else) know better, I would appreciate the correction. No sarcasm here.)

My information (from a couple of books, and talking to a couple of makers who specialize in these things) is that Orange Blossoms are a type of lobster sleeveboard, usually with 2 blades and the ubiquitous nail-file thingy. Other lobster patterns include scissors, third blades, and the occasional other gadget, but I don't think that those are considered orange blossoms.

I really like these patterns, and have spoken at length to the makers who make modern ones (they are few on the ground). These guys often give contradictory opinions, so I am not really sure how the patterns are different. That is why I originally wrote "orange blossoms and lobsters".
