What happend with "Flatground.com"?

Second day the webpage is down.

I used google to bring up a cache of their contact info, there's no contact phone, just a fax, address and email address... but I googled the address and got this:

I called them and the operator said "I think I heard something about it being down, but I don't know when it'll be back up". Guess you can phone in an order for now.

I talked to a rep on the phone three hours ago and he didn't know about it. He said he would call me back.

I have been buying most of my tool steel from them since 2001 and haven't run into this before.
