I get a site has been suspended message? Anyone know if its a temporary thing or.........? Thanks.
 
I always get that message when browsing on my phone. Havent checked on the pc lately.
 
From their Facebook page. Seems to work for some but not for others.

"We've recently updated our mobile browsing platform, and have some customers who have had trouble accessing our site on their mobile devices. If this happens to you, a simple clearing of your browser's cache will correct the problem. Find "Settings" on your browser, then "Clear History and Data," and you'll be all set."

Mobile phone issue and a major pia. Used to be one of my top three go to sites. I haven't purchased a knife from them in months. Requires resetting cookies (and plugging in all your data and passwords again) just to get to their website from my iphone. No way to run a web business, and I've been a customer since 1995.

I gave them a call earlier this afternoon. They have received numerous calls and emails. The mobile service from Network Solutions has issues, no end in sight. The mac/pc desktop seems to be ok. Very frustrating for the Cutlery Shoppe is the message I got.

i also contacted Jeff. he explained the nightmare as he called it, that he's been dealing with from his hosts, etc. yep, he is a good man. hopefully he can get it resolved at some point.

Totally sucks. My luck the PM2 LE will come out while this is going on. Great
 
They are still there. Try using a different browser on your phone/device.
Some allow you to see things as "full desktop site", Safari won't.
 
What has worked on my android smart phone is to switch to desktop view via the settings on my phone. Seems to work consistently. Much easier than clearing all the cookies and such.
