What happened to warranty lately?

I just had a great experience with the warranty department. Top notch work in my opinion. Here is a before and after photo of the 110 I had sent in for a re-blade, only $10. It was fast too, about a month for the 3 knives I had sent in.

To those with good experiences I'm glad for you.

End of this one for me is they could not figure out how to repair or replace with a knife that either locks correctly, doesn't have detent lash, or is centered.
To say I'm disappointed is an understatement.

Bye bye to Buck for a long while, and I hope others are cautious.

Edit to add: I've got one cjrb and 2 Vosteed China knives during the time Buck tried to figure their stuff out, they are perfect and half the price.
