I didnt own any Spyderco's a few weeks ago. Talking knives with a friend, I actually said I didnt care for Spyderco designs. Well cruising flea-bay for a new addition to my EDC, I spotted a Tenacious. I figured it was a good opportunity to get a nice Spyderco without buying into the high end pieces. So I bought it. Wow, I really liked it.

Then two and a half weeks later.....

What actually happened here? The Mini Manix came in today and I was thinking what next? Um Paramilitary black serrated blade, thats what!

95 turbo coupe,

I am not a doctor but it sounds as if you have been bitten by the bug good luck with that ; )

Stabman---That's Spyder!!! lol. When you're bit---you're bit. Enjoy these great knives. The P-Mil. is my fav.

The mini manix is just awesome. The size is perfect and is built like a tank. Ultra sharp too. S30v is a wonderful thing.

The design of the Adventura is just sweet! The F&F is remarkable.

95 turbo coupe,
Four Spydies in two and half weeks. You have a severe condition of Spyderco addiction. My friend had the same case, right after Christmas. To the best of my knowledge he bought 16 spydies within 6 weeks, his condition improved only after he received a credit card bill. :D:D
Unfortunately this kind of improvement only temporary.
Welcome to Spyderco addiction and obsession.

Welcome to the addiction. Spydies tend to have this odd tendancy to demand the company of their bretheren. I started out with one, and now I have about ten hanging around. I fear there may be no end in sight.

Yeah, my bad on the spelling:o.
I started with Benchmades, and while I still like them, the Spyderco's now make up a majority of my collection. They just have so many different designs! How can I say no?

95 TC, if it's any comfort to you, you are not the first to be bitten, nor will you be the last:D

It is not common knowledge, but the binding agent in Spyderco G-10 is crack cocaine. ;) Very addictive :D

I gave up booze. I gave up cocaine. I gave up wild women. Spyderco still remains.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news coop, but once you gave up the booze and blow, the women gave up on you. :)

Seriously, every time I kinda reach my fill of Spyders, up comes a new model I have to have. I wonder how they time new releases? Mind control beam?

Same here; was never drawn to the Spydero designs, but after I got the Tenacious I pretty much just stopped looking at other manufacturers. Somehow, there's now 9 models I can think of off the top of my head that I want (to join the 3 I have) that I wouldn't have looked twice at before the Tenacious.

I tell you, the Tenacious is the most expensive knife I've ever bought!
