Camillus Swordbrand c. 1932-42, IIRC. The scales match those used, escpecially for the Dunlap knives they made for Sears during that time period and occasionally seen on Kent branded knives made for F.W.Woolworth. I haven't often seen them with the Swordbrand branding, or Camillus. I am not certain of the composition, but keep it away from fire. If ignited, it is hard to put out. Don't ask how I know. I'm just saying....
Look inside and you will likely see small triangular holes where prongs are bent from the liners into the handle material to secure them.

This cut is from the 1941 Sears Roebuck & Co. catalog. Note : "Unbreakable buckhorn type material" is how the handle is described.
