  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

What have you cut today?

Lots and lots of sushi... apparently people can't eat meat today, but fish meat is somehow not meat.

Must be because they don't have feet?

Actually, I just had this explained to me today at work, and I was equally confused.

Everything I had to cut, all right I'll admit I coulda ripped the duct tape but I had to pull out the GEC 2013 Traditional Forum's Congress Jack. :)

It was the Knicks vs Timberwolves. I'm a New York Knicks fan, nice to snap our losing skid. You got a good team to watch?

Today I cut that nasty brown stem-thing off a head of lettuce. The day is young.
Yesterday I cut cardboard and carved some wood.

I work in an IT department, and when we install new equipment, we have to stick an asset tracking label on it and enter the serial number, model name/number and various other details into a database. Since most manufacturers have all that info on a sticker on the outside of the box along with a corresponding barcode, I just cut the label (and some of the cardboard) right off the box and then scan the barcode with a scanner at my desk. I showed my coworkers this, and now everyone brings some sort of EDC knife to work.

An apple with my manix2 xhp.
