what have you got in your pocket?

Buck 303 with brown jigged bone handles in left pocket and a SAK small 4 blade (don't know the name) same size as the Classic but with an extra screwdriver/bottle opener.

An old Al Mar black pearl Hawk and a Bulldog black pearl pen knife in my LH front pocket, and a Mnandi clipped to my shirt pocket. Travelling light today:( . Now don't even ASK what's attatched to my keyring!:D

In my right front: Old Timer 120T, small one blade
In Truck: Buck Stockman and Bucklite 422
btw, since that wittler thread, I bought a green bone Old Timer Stockman, a Middleman, another Buck Stockman (with bone handles), and my 120T(I believe its called the Pal). I do prefer a small knife in my pocket, as long as I have quick access to something larger if I need it. Thanks

Case Baby Butterbean, bolsterless shadow bone

Schrade Uncle Henry mini-stockman

Metis

Left front pocket - CS Trailguide
Right front pocket - Either an OT 120T or CS Trapper, depending on the mood of the day...

I have my Leatherman Wave on my belt, rt. side, and a small Cutco in my lt.pocket. Just started carrying a three bladed Old Timer, also in my lt. pocket, that my dad just gave me while in TX last week.
BTW while visiting Dad, he showed me an old pocket knife. It was originally a two bladed but one is missing. The blade that is there has "Colonial Prov USA" on the bottom of the blade. Has anyone heard of that kind of knife?

Today, bladeart.com mission wallet with a fisher space pen and a small lefty Mayonized sebenza in my back pocket. Rick Browne swell center split back whittler in a pouch in the right front jeans pocket. The LH sebbie is now my favorite. Tom puts a pair of nice thumb studs on the blade, so I can open righty and cut lefty without worrying about releasing the lock.

Ah, but yesterday, I carried my Reese Bose split back whittler (#8), in a pouch of course. Now its back in the safe where it will stay for a long, long time.

Today I have my Spyderco G-10 Police (which has become my #1 favorite tactical folder ever).

And I also have a Wenger Serrated Backpacker in my pocket. It has a main serrated blade, a small plain-edged clip point blade, a woodsaw, phillips, punch/awl, standard screwdriver/bottle-opener, can-opener/reamer. It's a very handy pocket-knife.

Good luck,
Allen.

I'm in a minimalist mood, just an Opinel (walnut handle) #8. Tomorrow maybe my Middleman Stockman. Tactically speaking, I'm all tuckered out ;)

Yesterday and today I was totin' this bad boy :D.
Purchased it last year for a song. It was made in the early 1900's by Electric Knife Company (1873 - 1909). Thing about it is that the action is awesome. It is just as good or better than today's production stuff. I enjoy finding an old knife and using it.

Amen brother!!! I love the thought of what an old knife has done and where it has been.

Interesting pair for today:

A.G. Russell Cattaraugus Rope Knife and a Strider SnG :D

A rocket!

Sorry I couldn't resist.

Seriously though I dont carry anything in my pockets. I can't stand the bulk. No wallet, change nothing. I only take my wallet out of my truck console to go into a store or the house at night.

Very nice gundy! I really like that knife.

Today I decided to carry my MooreMaker Trapper Yellow Bone. I think its a model 5202 made in 2001 if I remember right. Sometimes I just get the urge to carry a traditional.

My current EDC's are:

Left front pocket; 4-inch Winchester Sunfish. "Antique Green" bone handles and carbon steel blades. Carries easy and cuts like a banshee. Feels good in the hand, too.

Right front pocket; Wenger "Soldier" and Victorinox "Classic"...'nuff said about both. Also a set of small pocket screwdrivers.

Right hip pocket; Leatherman Micra

Left hip pocket, usually, but not today,: A "Toollogic" tool.

Just "traveling light", today!
