What have you used your Rescue for?

The only reason I have for wanting to know is because I enjoy reading how various knives are used hard or in what emergency situations they've been used in.

I've heard this model is carried not only by many EMT's, but also by many rodeo cowboys, etc.

Also, do you prefer Rescue or Rescue Jr.? And will there be a change in blade steel in future? (VG-10??)

I use my Snap-It Rescue as an underwater safety knife. When freediving (i.e. without an aqualung), you just don't want to get tangled in anything (old fishing line, nets, etc) when you are 15-20m under and you only have one breath of air. The Rescue is the knife that I have absolute faith in, that will cut anything with just ONE STROKE. It's the difference between life and death.
