Hi guys I'm new to the forums and kukris I've decided to get a kukri from himalayan imports based on some good reviews but I'm stumped on which type to buy. I'm primarily going to use this for chopping some tree branches, for collecting firewood and cutting away some bushes. I'm also going to use this when hiking and camping. And lastly, and less importantly, as a display piece. If anybody could assist me on a type of kukri and a specific blade length that would be great!

Welcome to the forums! I'm no expert on the matter, but I think a lot of it is just personal preference. I believe there is a HI manufacturer forum on here though, might have more luck there. Hope you find what your looking for!
