What I learned In The Wilds This Last Week

The PUR system was for camp. It was larger and designed to purify a lot of water quickly (we stored the water in a 2.5 gal jug). My brother's system was used out in the trails. His was the size of a personal water bottle and easier to carry. They were both equal in their purifying ability though the PUR system can purify up to 200 gallons. His quite a bit less.

I wrap the handle of my mini mag with several wraps of duct tape - not too many, or it won't fit in the pouch. That way I have duct tape on me at all times, and the silver color is easier to spot when dropped. Great thread!
