What is a cnc flat blade & how do I sharpen it?

Hello All:
I have a buck taskmate II (which is bascially the same as a Wegner Tradesman). From what I can find out it has a "CNC Flat Blade". Does anyone know if this is a convex or what. It needs a good touching up and I want to know what type of blade it is so I sharpen it correctly. The Buck website just gives the standard 20 degree angle info. Is that good enough?

I can't seem to find anything on that knife, do you have a pic or any links?
 
Just a standars flat grind, sharpen like normal. :thumbup:
