I was not trying to be a wise guy. IIRC, Larkin Precision told me a couple of years back that grinding the minimum 200 blades could cost anywhere from around $10 per piece to like $50 depending on the size of the blade and the complexity of the grind.

jdm61 - sounds like you're talking about bevel grinding; I'm asking about surface grinding only.
