What is best handle material for sweaty hands?

Thanks man, paper micarta or canvas micarta?

Canvas Micarta can be rough or can be polished, obviously we are talking about the rough type. I seem to remember that it can be bead blasted to make it rough.

It also seems that rough stacked leather handles would be good. I've seen stacked leather that was sanded smooth and lacquered but I've also seen stacked leather with no finish on it and where the stacked disks were of various diameters so the surface was rough and irregular. I think one of those would be pretty good for traction.

Some folks like using hockey tape on handles too.
This sounds like a good idea to me, at least on fixed blades. Another possible option, is to use one of the many brands of stick-on grip enhancers that the polymer frame pistol fans use.

If it's a fixed blade, nothing like para cord...
If it's that bad, there's another plus why surgeons use rubber gloves.

Cold Steel uses Kraton and Bussekin use Resiprene. I forget the name of the rubbery material Fallkniven uses, but it is also a pretty non-slip grip, excellent for choppers since it absorbs shock.

Look at handle shapes, too. Straight handles slip while palm swells grip, as do finger choils.

Fällkniven uses Kraton. Cold Steel uses "Kray-Ex". Nowadays at least, according to their websites. Fällkniven used to use "Thermorun".

EDIT: Fällkniven seems to be shifting(?) According to their website the A1 uses Kraton and the F1 is still available with Thermorun.
