Thank you for the video. I watched most of it and I have a question that I don’t think you answered. I understand the standard lower bound of tempering temperature recommended for CPM 3V is about 950 F. How much lower is the low temperature temper used in D3V?
The reason I ask is I wonder about using this knife as a camping knife for cutting hot foods. My research has led me to believe that a blade‘s heat treatment can be damaged if it is heated above its tempering temperature.

I need a long pointy skewer, maybe CPK could make a titanium heavy duty field skewer 3-4 feet long?
