I have one that holds an edge just GREAT!
And a Ritter MSK1 of same steel that constantly has a shiny spot from the last cut. I can carry the Native for weeks and I now have a habit of doing an EZ lap every time I pass the kitchen for the Ritter.
I think the RSK is around 57 or so. The Native seems FAR more resistant to dulling.
