this is what is wrong with our judicial system...morons like this can find another moron lawyer who will file suit and waste the already overtaxed court system with frivolous lawsuits..JFC..grow up..

of course this does not apply to my attorney and myself because I am sueing Outback Steakhouse because after eating there I jabbed my gum with a toothpick and it bled for over an hour forcing me to get a stomach ache because of the blood taste in my mouth. As a result I was unable to perform sexually that night thus frustrating my wife..I was never informed by the Steak House that Toothpicks could injure or hurt myself thus I feel that they are liable for punitive damages..

Outback Steakhouse because after eating there

Speaking of which ......

During my previous visit to the US a friend took me to something called Outback Steakhouse or a very similar name that was trying to give the impression of an Oz country pub. At one point the waitress asked me: "What do you think, does it look like a bar in Australia?"

"Ummmm... errr... ahhh.... well, no, not really.."

I was a little hesitant, fearing some sort of brawl would ensue but she surprised me by smiling and saying: "No, I didn't think so." Than wandered off.

Just an amusing little incident during one my usually pleasant trips there.
