  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

What is in the works at CPK?

It's not real haggis, doesn't have the lungs.

Okay, but you missed that it's canned Haggis :D Once it's in a can what's in it is kind of moot.

I have actually eaten the canned Haggis and it wasn't terrible, but I realize it was missing the lungs. I looked high and low, even the world famous West Side Market in Cleveland and could not find the real thing.

The GoogleWeb says:

In 1971 it became illegal to import haggis into the US from the UK due to a ban on food containing sheep lung, which constitutes 10–15% of the traditional recipe. The ban encompasses all lungs, as fluids such as stomach acid and phlegm may enter the lung during slaughter.

Not to stray off topic of the thread, but is this legitimate or did it go over my head? Sounds like a dream

Yes, we were hiring. We found somebody though so we are no longer looking. The CPK team is currently Jo and I, and Mark and Freddie. And Bo works with us part-time sharpening.
