Apparently, it is used for posts, carvings, drums.

In high school we smoked the papery shell around the spanish peanut once. The Anarchists Cookbook told us it would get us high. No dice. Oh well.

Dirty neem, neem covered with forge gunk and whatever that black grease type stuff that is on the blades sometimes, makes a true man's handle. The combination of the smells is mighty awful.

Neem seems to be a useful plant with a lot of uses, including as a contraceptive and mosquito repellent!
